The use of NAYAR payment rings may give rise to questions about how to use them. To ensure the maximum number of contactless transactions and the better experience with your NAYAR payment ring, the ring must be presented to the reader with your hand clenched into a fist. It is also necessary to come into contact with the reader to facilitate transactions. This simple gesture allows you to present the entire edge of the ring to the reader, ensuring good communication between the ring and the payment terminal. On the other hand, avoid presenting your ring with your hand open flat or with your hand turned upside down, as your rate of successful transactions is likely to drop sharply. For more information, visit the blog section of this website.
