How to order my NAYAR ring?
Choose the ring of your choice on the ‘NAYAR RINGS’ page.
Once you've selected your ring model and size, you can proceed to checkout.
If you don't know your size, go to the ‘Select your size’ page and use the tools provided to find out.
If you don't want to take any risk with your size, you're right. You can order the "INITIAL KIT". We will then send you a ring sizer to measure your finger size. You can then be sure of your size and get the ring that best fits your finger.
Once you have purchased your ring, we will send it to you within 7 days. Once you have received your payment ring, you can connect it to your applicable payment card and activate your ring by following the instructions included in the parcel. If you have any problem, we'll be on hand to help you through this final stage.
Where do I enter my discount or promotional code?
If you have a discount or promotional code at your disposal, you can use it during the checkout process. Once you have selected the ring of your choice on our website and placed it in the shopping basket, you can finalize your order. When you reach the checkout stage, a ‘discount/promotional code’ field is available to redeem the value of your discount.
What are the delivery terms for NAYAR products?
Our rings and INITIAL KITs are usually dispatched the day after you place your order.
Delivery is free within Europe (5 to 7 working days).
For all customers outside the European Union, a flat-rate charge specific to the place of dispatch will be requested in order to proceed with dispatch during the payment process.
Duties and taxes may also be charged in addition by the respective customs authorities in your country at the time of delivery.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Our commitment is to enable you to use your NAYAR ring as quickly as
possible. We are therefore committed to offering you high-quality
after-sales support to answer all your questions.
You can contact us
if you have any concerns about the configuration or use of your ring. If
you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp by
accessing our website with your smartphone, or via the ‘Contact’ form
and the chat. Our service is available from 10am to 6pm, Monday to
Saturday.
Our languages of service are French, Spanish and English.
What should I do if my NAYAR ring doesn't seem to comply with its specification?
In the event of a complaint, take a photo of your damaged NAYAR ring.
The defects and/or damage must be clearly visible on it. Do not hesitate
to take several photos so that we can judge the non-conformity of your
item as easily as possible.
Contact us immediately using our contact form or via chat or WhatsApp. We will then try to understand the cause of the defect
and provide the most appropriate response possible.
Can I return my NAYAR product after receiving it?
NAYAR offers a 14-day cooling-off period after the purchase of your
ring, provided it has not been activated. Remember that this is a means
of payment and, for your security, we cannot make any exchanges once it
has been linked to your account. In fact, it would be dangerous to
organize the return if the ring is fully operational.
If you wish to
return the ring within this time-frame, you must return the ring in
perfect condition (no breaks or scratches) in its original packaging. We will only be able to accept returns if they are sent back to us with a tracking number enabling us to follow the parcel.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
It's a shame, but it can happen to anyone.
Please contact us
immediately, quoting your order number and the correct address. If the
order has not yet been dispatched, we will solve this problem for you
immediately. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we might not be
able to help you.
