General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the NAYAR website. They are accessible at any time on the website and take precedence over any other contradictory version or document.

Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website. The photographs are not contractual. From the date of purchase of your NAYAR ring, you have 6 months to link it to your bank.

Order
The customer validates their order by accepting these CGV. An order will only be considered final after payment confirmation.

Price
The prices of the products are indicated in euros (EUR) with all taxes included (TTC). NAYAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits to applying the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method specified on the website. Information related to credit cards is not stored by NAYAR.

Delivery
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Delivery times are provided as an indication. In case of delay, NAYAR cannot be held responsible.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the products are returned in their original condition and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for undamaged products. The exchange procedures are defined in NAYAR’s Refund policy - Exchanges.

Personal Data
NAYAR respects the privacy of its customers and processes their personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. The customer may exercise their rights of access, correction, and deletion of their data.

Disputes
In case of a dispute, the customer can contact NAYAR’s customer service. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Rabat.
